Le Mas de Chaffaud

Situated in teh south of Vaucluse, the "Mas de Chaffaud" is an ancient sherpfold, totally reneved in 1998.
It is on the south hillside of the Mount Ventoux, which is a listed site, at a height of 1000m.
In a natural setting, in the peacefulness of the countryside and without towards, the house can welcome 6 persons.

On the first floor, large living-room with a fireplace, full-equiped kitchen (gas stove, wash dishes, fridge, dishes...), storeroom with washing machine, toilets.
On the second floor, two bedrooms with a bed for two persons in each, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower and basin.

Outside, on the kitchen side, a place to eat has been fitted out under the shade of a tall lime tree, with a table and benches.
On the southern side, garden furniture with deck chair for idleness.

The "Mas de Chaffaud" is situated at 12 kms of Sault, a typical village of high Provence. You can find there local products such as honey, lavender, goat's cheese, nougat... Access to all conveniences : shops, supermarket, petrol station, chemist's, hopital...
At 25 kms, the town of Carpentras and its big provençal market ; at 60 kms, Avignon and its famous bridge, its festival.
And of course, the Mount Ventoux and its numerous possibilities to walk in the open nature.
